Workshop Description for Women in Transition

Feel like your life is in an uproar from the changes you are experiencing (job, empty nest, relationships, finances, motherhood, retirement)?

Confused over what to do next?

Life is full of changes; the challenge is in letting go of the old in anticipation of the new and embracing the uncertainty that comes in between.

Navigating change with courage and grace requires clarity, support and the ability to draw from the wisdom of our own life’s journey.

We will write from prompts about our life experience in transition. Additionally we will have a panel with women who have navigated this landscape. NO previous writing experience necessary.

Women's Story Circle

A six week women's story circle is beginning in the Seattle area.  The dates are TBD

The circle will be from 7:00p-9:00p.

• Have you ever wanted to write about your own life experience or record some of your own history as a legacy to your family?
• Have you felt a call to write but don’t know how to start?

Connect with other women as you write and share the wisdom of your life’s journey. Experience the freedom and creativity that comes naturally as you tell the stories you’ve lived.
Pat Hoglund makes writing easy thru a simple process of spontaneous writing exercises that bypass the inner critic and craft stories from your own life. No previous writing or storytelling experience is necessary. All women are welcome.

Day and Week-end Retreats
